  • Delivery areas: Local delivery may be available for qualifying purchases and within certain service areas. Delivery availability, scheduling, and fees (if any) will be presented at checkout or confirmed by our team.

7) Mattress Comfort Guarantee / Trial (If Advertised)

If the Site advertises a “100-night guarantee” or similar program, the details, eligibility requirements, and exclusions may vary by product/brand. 8) Exchange and Return Policy

Our policies are intended to be fair while keeping pricing competitive.

A) One-time mattress exchange

  • We offer a one-time exchange of a mattress set for one of equal or greater value.
  • The customer is responsible for paying any price difference.
  • A one-time exchange fee of $179.99 applies. This fee includes local pickup of the exchanged mattress set and delivery of the newly selected set (within our local service area).

B) Returns of unopened products

  • Certain non-mattress products may be eligible for return if unopened and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Eligible returns must be made within two (2) weeks of the original purchase date.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

C) Exclusions / condition requirements

  • Products that are used, stained, damaged, or not in original condition may be ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain items may be final sale (including clearance, special order, or hygiene-related products). If an item is final sale, it will be indicated at the time of purchase or communicated to you.

9) Cancellations and Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to processing times of GoDaddy and your bank/card issuer.
