A) One-time mattress exchange
- We offer a one-time exchange of a mattress set for one of equal or greater value.
- The customer is responsible for paying any price difference.
- A one-time exchange fee of $179.99 applies. This fee includes local pickup of the exchanged mattress set and delivery of the newly selected set (within our local service area).
B) Returns of unopened products
- Certain non-mattress products may be eligible for return if unopened and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Eligible returns must be made within two (2) weeks of the original purchase date.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
C) Exclusions / condition requirements
- Products that are used, stained, damaged, or not in original condition may be ineligible for return or exchange.
- Certain items may be final sale (including clearance, special order, or hygiene-related products). If an item is final sale, it will be indicated at the time of purchase or communicated to you.
