A) One-time mattress exchange

We offer a one-time exchange of a mattress set for one of equal or greater value.
The customer is responsible for paying any price difference.
A one-time exchange fee of $179.99 applies. This fee includes local pickup of the exchanged mattress set and delivery of the newly selected set (within our local service area).

B) Returns of unopened products

Certain non-mattress products may be eligible for return if unopened and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Eligible returns must be made within two (2) weeks of the original purchase date.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

C) Exclusions / condition requirements

Products that are used, stained, damaged, or not in original condition may be ineligible for return or exchange.
Certain items may be final sale (including clearance, special order, or hygiene-related products). If an item is final sale, it will be indicated at the time of purchase or communicated to you.
